Fromunion and Savencia Fromage & Dairy Benelux are looking for a Plant Director (m/f/x)
• Preferably master’s degree in civil engineering/bio engineering or industrial engineering Electromechanics.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience within Plant Management in the food industry, preferably agro business.
• Excellent leadership skills, proactivity, problem-solving, independence and takes on every challenge that come along; are a must!
• As a member of the Executive Committee Benelux, initial experience with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR & Supply Chain are necessary.
• MS Office holds no secrets for you (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Communicates fluently in Dutch, French and English (orally and in writing).
Your responsibilities:
• Ensuring the safety of all employees and the quality of the products and improving the processes related to this.
• Determine and develop plant strategy (LRP, budget, P&L, etc.).
• Manage, lead and inspire the teams under your responsibility.
• Responsible for financial reporting and proposing, coordinating and implementing investment plans.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (TPM+) to increase the efficiency of production processes.
• Initiate and lead sustainability projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote corporate social responsibility (CSR).
• Close collaboration with other Benelux Executive Committee members to align production with market demand.
• You will report to the General Manager Savencia Fromage & Dairy (SFD) Benelux and functionally to the Industrial Director SFD.
